Rolfshus er en af Frederiksberg Boligfonds ældste ejendomme – opført i 1918. Ejendommen er placeret ved Rolfs Plads i det område, der i daglig tale kaldes Svømmehalskvarteret pga. sin nærhed til Frederiksberg Svømmehal. Svømmehalskvarteret har været igennem omfattende byfornyelse i de seneste to årtier, og Rolfshus fik foretaget en mindre istandsættelse i 1992-93. Ejendommen gennemgik i 2010 en omfattende renovering, hvor der blev lavet nyt køkken og bad samt etableret nye store duplex tagboliger.
